If you want change in WWE , stop watching and stop attending the shows.
TKO President Mark Shapiro himself said they tend to lean into adding more celebrities and attract that casual audience ( which they can’t ) which will make them push the wrestling fans.
Hopefully the attendance will be down , which it already is according to Nick Khan by 1-2%.
Im not saying don’t watch the shows , but if you wanna brag about wanting a change in the company , stop watching the product and things will change.

Zero character development.
We learnt NOTHING about him.

What did WWE expect from Jeff Cobb?
He was given an awful name.
He was booked to wrestle in street clothes and looked ridiculous during his debut match.
He was then booked to be a non factor for 12 months with zero presence or character development.
What did they want him to do?

First CharAlexa lost at WrestleMania and now Charlotte lost in a singles match. This has put Charlotte on a jobber status on Smackdown and is no justice to her great legacy. WWE needs to do better 😢 👎🏼
