@katylcowan @creativeboom Like, there are musicians and music writers I follow on here who don't post elsewhere, there's a big fantasy football community, as well as the design world we're both part of. Still feels like I'd be missing out on something if I left, but only just.

@katylcowan @creativeboom That's probably more as a result of the algorithm changing than the people themselves, but it feels a lot harder to make and maintain connections on here than it used to. I'm still not sure if/when I'll leave, cos it's still the only one-stop shop for a lot of communities.

Following people in US cities on Strava is hilarious. Map view looks like they’ve just strolled round the corner to small Tesco and back again but then the distance is like 15km.

@LukeTurnerEsq Yeah, I keep a good feed too, and I'll miss a lot of the communities I'm part of here. What I really miss though is the "engagement" (for lack of a better word); I've made actual friends through this silly site, but people just don't seem to use it in the same way anymore.

@deanrmarsh Engagement/replies on Twitter has absolutely gone down the shitter in recent years. I think a lot of people have either completely left, or don't use it in the same way anymore. And that's a shame cos I've met so many amazing people on here.

10-12 tweets over 3 days, only 2 people have even bothered to reply or respond to anything. Unless I post a mix or a tune, is there really much point of being on here? Been so close to leaving because of all the right wing shit, why should that force me to go though? 🤔
