Isn't it there policy to earn from the cancellation itself??? They are building business after losing their customers. There are plenty of Self Driven Cars provider available in market and if they think after doing this to the customer they can survive for long, it's their myth

@volercars What about my refund status??? as your portal is saying that I have picked the vehicle, and the document status states that it is yet to verified, and mail from your team says the trip has been cancelled. 3 different story in same time.

Refund my money @volercars ! You ppl are so shit I couldn’t imagine! @volercars is the most shittiest company I’ve dealt with ! First they cancelled the booking just before 15mins before the ride time and now they are not refunding me the amount even after 1 month !! I’ll sue u !

@vikaspar_ This is to inform you that your services are a disgrace to the service industry. You have zero customer support as well as outdated tech support. First I had to go through a lot of trouble in booking. Now I am waiting for my refund and it's almost over 45 days. Zero support.

Please be very careful while booking a car from them. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. Not even a single customer is happy from their services. It's pathetic. Attaching my booking I'd for reference.
