Right! There were no criminal charges brought against the Doc, and he won his case against twitch. Everyone is running to lynch the Doc. Some things to consider. Literally everyone on the internet hides behind a persona. They hide via a screen name and profile pics. You have to remember the Doc portrays a character online who’s rude and in your face. When you receive any message you have no idea who’s on the other end. The sender of any message could be lying about their gender, age, nationality, residence, ANYTHING that person says could be a lie. Could there be some negligence involved. Possibly. Could the Doc have believed a person on the other end of that conversation was of age? Possibly. When the ban came down, he was most likely notified of the age of the person on the other end making him look bad because some Twitch employees had it out for him. All after the fact. Go back and watch the clip. He genuinely looks confused and didn’t know why he was being banned. I get it, the @DrDisrespect character isn’t for everyone. Imagine a group of employees who work at @Twitch where they despise watching someone who says outlandish things, makes fun of people, all full of locker room humor, all while while making a ton of money. If those employees acted like the character they are watching at the @Twitch office they would be disciplined. Mind you all of them are making far less money. They had an axe to grind, and they acted upon the first opportunity they got, and then the doc won his case because there was no crime committed. No sexting. No pics. He probably never knew who was on the other end of those whispers. When this is all said and done, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Doc sued for the breach of the agreed settlement. I imagine he can only say so much due to legal reasoning. Just wait until it all comes out. I’m guessing he finally said something because of what was said by the ex employee. Twitch shouldn’t have given those employees the control over who to ban. Seems like their internal checks and balances are off. They allow almost naked women use twitch as a cover for their only fans profiles. What is the main demographic of viewers? That’s right minors. No one says a word. How many of those minors clicked the links of those almost naked female streamers? One can only imagine. There’s literally a category of hot tub streamers in G Strings pretending. I will never be ashamed of holding to the belief of innocent until proven guilty. It is how anyone would want to be treated by their peers. I'm not in a race to "I was right!", or to destroy someone's life without adequate evidence. I want the truth of the situation. Doc's made a statement, we've got more of the full picture now. I still have a couple questions about this whole scenario. Which I'm sure we're going to learn in time.

And in order to maintain our principles and standards as a studio and individuals, we needed to act. For this reason, we are terminating our relationship with Guy Beahm immediately. While these facts are difficult to hear and even more difficult to accept, it is our duty to act with dignity on behalf of all individuals involved, especially the fifty-five developers and families we have employed along with our community of players.
