Step 1: I understand yesterday's cn email tweet helped people to reach out to the company, but in order to avoid repetition of the email, I have made a follow up email to assist further please have a look below!

Dear Love and Deepspace Team,
I wrote to you yesterday, and I find myself writing again today, because I feel this is worth saying twice.
He's still on my mind. I'm not here to repeat myself. I just want you to know that this wasn't a reaction made in the heat of the moment. Over these past few days, I keep coming back to him, to the excitement I felt when he was first announced, to the space I'd already quietly made for him, and to the realisation that space is now empty.
I understand there are a lot of complicated factors behind this decision. But I want to ask, gently: is there truly no other way? Even a delay, even a long wait, would be easier to accept than losing him permanently.
I also want to mention once more the people who created him. Their work is already done. He already exists, he just hasn't had the chance to reach us yet. That, more than anything, is what I find hardest to sit with.
Thank you for taking the time to read this again. I'll keep waiting, and I'll keep hoping.

I reached out on behalf of UK fans today and have confirmation that Citizenโs Advice CAN move forward with a complaint to the UKโs trading standards to investigate Papergames for misleading advertising.

@HSINS1N @Love_Deepspace If you wouldnโt mind getting a message out to encourage UK fans who have spent money on anticipation of Valkoโs release, they should be able to move forward with the complaint - I myself havenโt so likely wouldnโt get far. I can write a template message up if this would help.

Iโve not done anything like this before so no clue where to start, but if any UK LADS players have advice or experience, or have taken action so far please let me know.
Hopefully this decision will be considered carefully by Infold before such a complaint becomes necessary.

In doing so, we let down the players who have supported us from the start, and we also fell short of delivering the experience that players anticipating Valko deserved. After extensive internal discussions, we have decided to make the following changes: 1. We have decided to cancel both the launch and any further development of the new love interest. We also commit that no additional love interests will be introduced in future content plans. 2. All other in-game systems and features originally scheduled for Version 6.0โincluding Home 2.0 and AR Photoboothโas well as the limited-time Selectable 5-Star Memory Rate-Up Event, will proceed as planned. The outfits, photo poses and scenes, and the Nighthush Box (the second-anniversary 4-Star Memory Selection Crate) originally planned as rewards for the Hunt in Linkon event will instead be sent to all players for free via in-game mail after the version update. 3. Going forward, the entire team will focus on further developing the stories and long-term companionship experiences of our five existing love interests, while ensuring a stable pace of Main Story production and updates. Rafayel's new Solar-Slot Memories and Companion will be revealed in July. Farspace Colonel Caleb and Onychinus Leader Sylus will also return in their Main Story branches in September and November, respectively. By participating in the relevant events, players will be able to obtain the corresponding 5-Star Main Story Branch Memories for free. We will continue to devote all our care and effort to bringing you richer stories and game experiences. 4. Beginning today and continuing for 30 days, players who log in each day will receive one Deepspace Wish via in-game mail. Each mail will remain claimable for three days, for a total of 30 Deepspace Wishes. We hope this can offer some compensation for the disappointment and disruption caused by these adjustments.
