But that's a curious stance considering what happened to his former client Gerald Roca, who lost about $300,000 when a motion for summary judgement was granted against him because no response was filed on his behalf. Milliron had become a judge, you see, so Roca no longer had a lawyer. But Milliron didn't formally withdraw from the case. And no new counsel took over the case. And when the plaintiff's counsel filed the MSJ, no one responded. And Milliron's (former) client lost 300 bands. Tough luck I guess!
