This judge makes multiple fatal errors in law. One error is saying the man is treated as an attorney, despite every constitution securing his right to plead in simplicity (“due process of law”). Striking things from the record after characterizing them as gobbled gook also shows deprivation of that right. Also, the tribunal likely is incompetent bc the action - if brought by an attorney - was constituted by statute and without authority over the man’s private rights. Bad look. x.com/Viralvid_89/st…

I like @RepThomasMassie. Support him & he is a good trustee. Constitutional rights are guaranteed against legislative interference and so a statute protecting a right is unwarranted and void. Rep Massie, just teach people their power by showing the Bill or Rights and the plain definition of”constitutional right.”
