Fantastic presentation from @DrMArdissino on telomere length on risk of AF.
- observationally: ⬇️ telomeres assoc w ⬆️ AF (but weak when adjusted)
- but no assoc when using Mendelian randomisation
telomeres likely just a marker of chronologic age.
