With preliminary data as of April 20, at least 3,978,523 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered in Wisconsin, with 2,368,010 state residents — 40.7% of the total — receiving at least one dose. At least 1,677,365 residents — 28.8% overall — completed the vaccine series.

With preliminary data, the 7-day test-positivity average in Wisconsin by tests was 3.4% as of April 20. After rising from a pandemic low of 2.0% in mid-March to a spring 2021 high of 3.8% in mid-April, this measure has subsequently fallen again over the past week.
