What do you do if someone asks for a refund on a package that's taking over 3 months to arrive and your customer asks for a refund? You just move the delivery date and refuse! Nicely done @WishShopping. Way to lose a customer for life over a $9 order.

@Ticketmaster You double-charged me for an event in Dec. I've been trying to get my money back for months. Today I got an email saying that you won't refund my money because the event is over. That's like saying "we stole your money, you didn't catch it, so now we're keeping it."

@PNCBank_Help I was double-charged on my cc for a Ticketmaster event. I got a note from you saying that you can not reverse the charge because it's was paid. What kind of nonsense is this? Of course the charge was already paid -- that's how I found it on my credit card statement!

@wheresKR Hey there. The link in your article to the MA declaration returns a 404 error, and the link to the senator says that the SBA MIGHT limit the EIDL to $1000 per employee. The SBA site makes no mention of this cap, and you guys seem to be the only outlet reporting it. What's up?

Some bad news for businesses who were hoping to grab one of those $10,000 EIDL loans: They're now capped at $1,000 per employee. inc.com/kevin-j-ryan/s…

@PNCBank @Tajg918 I called and it sounds like the only available option was to keep paying or get hit with interest. A shame PNC isn't taking the same steps as other financial institutions and giving customers true relief.

@USATODAY What this means is that all of the @Airbnb hosts are losing all the money because they're not reimbursing the hosts. It's nice that some travelers won't need to pay a penalty, but this could ruin those people who rely on AirBnB rentals as a significant part of their income.

This policy means that hosts and guests impacted by the coronavirus outbreak will be able to cancel their homes reservation or Airbnb Experience without getting charged. usatoday.com/story/travel/h…

So @Airbnb is allowing guests to cancel their reservation without any penalty. What that means is that the host loses all of the money and the guest loses nothing. Nice for the guests -- really kind of crappy treatment of the hosts. How about AirBnB stepping up and sharing?
