@RTShavings @snowwwalker The canon reason is because of like robot “oil” as blood or something but I think the actual game dev reason is because they’re trying to play it safe with Roblox lol so they just made the blood black.

@RTShavings @snowwwalker It’s kind of completely nothing to complain about. Comparing two games like these will always never work because it’s a point and click horror game vs an active chase game.
They should be allowed to use different effects imo.

my bite by night theory is that instead of the game taking place in your average run-of-the-mill "torture realm," the whole thing is a way to keep the dangerous animatronics/spirits in there by entertaining them with fake victims to hunt

some Bite by Night lore for fun: - all players are robots, not humans (also funnily explains the black blood when you die) - the game will have its own unique story. This is why things are, & will be handled differently from official titles.
