Normalize going to the gym If drinking water is a habit you struggle with. Before now, I hardly drink water except I am really thirsty and that is a very terrible thing to do to your body. The moment I started going to the gym 3-4times a week and twice on my busiest week,I started gulping water like camel. I can drink 200-300 Cl while working out because I don’t have a choice ,you must feel thirsty. Now drinking water comes naturally for me.
