SPOT EQUITIES ARE COMING TO HYPERLIQUID We’re all waiting for HIP-4 on mainnet, but this is huge news and I’d love some clarity on the question I raise below. @Meltfinance is a new HIP-3 Builder Code focused on bringing spot equities. The first ticker will be $QQQM, one of the largest Nasdaq ETFs. (Other HIP-3 builders are also working on the same direction) So spot equities on Hyperliquid is very close to becoming a reality. And that raises an important question: If we get spot equities, would it be possible to create liquidity pools on @prjx_hl? Because if the answer is yes, HyperEVM would take a massive leap. Imagine buying spot equities and then generating additional yield through DeFi. That would be a real revolution. Would this be possible? @Lamboland_ @BOBBYBIGYIELD Can someone clarify? Thanks!

while going through the wallets, i identified another wallet that received 18.3M LIT from the same lighter wallet in jan (likely an investor wallet) etherscan.io/tx/0x2751630ec… > 0x72b23AeBbD4aBfc1cEA755686710E74c93696Fae i believe this wallet belongs to a16z, as it received HYPE tokens from a known a16z address (0xeebE909CffBdeF9983d805Ea5C33B747B3eA533A) they are currently holding ~2.32M $HYPE hyperevmscan.io/address/0x72b2… also, there was another dragonfly wallet that received 5.7M $LIT, which i had missed earlier etherscan.io/tx/0xfc1373c0e…

today @dragonfly_xyz received 51.218m $lit from @lighter_xyz in 2024 dragonfly alongside other venture firms invested $21m in lighter, the most recent round valued lighter at $1.5b raising $68m led by founder funds 24% of lit is allocated to investors in the latest round that corresponds to ~4.53% leaving 19.47% for other investors if dragonfly's share of that 19.47% was allocated proportionally from the $21m investor pool in 2024 it implies a ~$5.52m allocation at current $lit valuation that stake is worth $57m ~10x (i am ignoring a61z investment here as there is not much public info on that, so the implied return could be higher for dragonfly) note all investor tokens have a 1 year cliff and 3 year linear vesting

New day, new ship from the Hyperliquid team. Priority auctions now cover the full read pipeline: Next upgrade, gossip priority applies to both mempool transactions AND client blocks. Until now it was mempool only, meaning you had fast pre-execution data but no priority on executed results. That gap is closed. One auction system, full read coverage. More of the latency game moves from infra optimization to HYPE bidding. More burn. Unified account becomes the default: DEX abstraction deprecated in two upgrades. Everyone moves to unified: spot, perps, and HIP-3 cross margin in one account, one collateral pool, one liquidation engine. Capital efficiency jumps. Your spot HYPE, your perp positions, your HIP-3 equity perps all share the same margin. For builders, structured products combining multiple instruments in a single account just became real. For traders, no more splitting capital. Automated traders: switch to Standard abstraction for highest rate limits Builders: drop DEX abstraction from integrations now Existing users: reminder popup coming before activation Every upgrade tightens the architecture. 黄仁勋最新访谈，公开点评中国华为芯片。晚晚看了下纪要，一句话总结他对中国的最新态度：美国越封锁，越是在帮中国练内功。老黄给华为的评价很高，说华为AI芯片性能不俗、年出货百万级。给出主要原因是，中国生产了全球60%的主流芯片，全球一半的AI研究员都在中国。就算美国不卖最先进的造芯设备，也拦不住。因为AI不看单颗芯片多快，看一堆芯片加在一起多快。中国能源便宜、基建扎实，用差一代的芯片靠堆数量，照样能跑。全世界最火的那些AI大模型，用的也就是这一代。老黄还说，英伟达能赢得全世界的市场，不是靠硬件，是全世界的AI工程师都在它的软件系统上写代码，就像大家都在用Windows一样。一旦中国这50%的开发者被逼得另起炉灶，影响美国的是一套全球通用系统的根基。但晚晚我怎么觉得，老黄像成了中国芯片鼓励师了？

比较靠谱的 $RAVE 阴谋论简短总结：华子做WLFI 做市商，提前得知总统从 WLFI 撤资，4月初在自家 Dolomite 平台用 WLFI 超额抵押借出 7500万 U（皇权U，无人敢封）。这笔钱没有再去开 ETH，而是全部用于操盘 $RAVE（时间点正好卡在 RAVE 启动前）。项目方 Felix Xu（徐野木）是华子手足之交，且公开切割：“最近拉盘和我无关，随便查”。此地无银三百两。核心逻辑：华子用从 WLFI 最后榨出的 7000余万U，在多个交易所控盘 $RAVE ，完成 WLFI 的“最后一舞”——拉高出货、吸引散户接盘。最终结局：总统撤退、孙哥维权、华子借壳卖币、全员跑路，只剩币安强推 USD1 给总统接盘。（usd1并不会因为wlfi价格崩盘脱锚，放心。只是商誉受损）那 $RAVE 就是华子用 WLFI 套现资金进行的最后一波操盘，纯主力控盘的退出工具。都不关注他是最好的选择，外面都没有流通盘的单机币。

在闲鱼和拼多多之间倒卖洗地机，每天小赚四五百👏 这个品也是偶然一个机会发现的，因为我家里用的洗地机坏了，就想着买台新的，本想着直接去淘宝旗舰店买，但一看大几千的价格属实有点贵，就顺手去闲鱼搜了一下，看看有没有9成新的能便宜点。我一搜，发现这竟然是个可以实操的爆品说干就干，我就开始了我在闲鱼和拼多多之间的倒爷生活，刚开始一天卖掉一两台，后面慢慢稳定每天五六台很多人可能会问，为什么会有人在闲鱼买？其实这些人就是和我当初的心理一样，洗地机每天也就用一次，嫌旗舰店大几千的太贵，在闲鱼用二成的价格买到八成的体验，那这个产品就是划算的这个过程并不难，就是两个平台之间倒腾，每天也花不了多少时间和精力，有人在闲鱼下单，我就去拼多多下单发货，就这么简单

博弈论里有个"公羊博弈"：两只公羊在独木桥上顶角，谁也不让，最后双双摔死。心理学家追问：换成一个穷人和一个富人呢？谁先让？答案是：富人让。不是因为大度，是因为经济学。富人不让的成本极高——时间、机会、资源全堵在这座破桥上。穷人不让的成本极低——反正没什么可失去的。所以"让"不是认输，是止损。你在烂局里多耗一秒，都是在拿自己最贵的筹码陪人家最便宜的赌注。这也解释了一句老话：富长良心，穷生奸计。这不是道德问题，是博弈问题。富人"善良"是因为合作的收益远大于冲突；穷人"狡诈"是因为拼命一搏的成本几乎为零。每个人都在自己的处境里选了最优解。
