Imho. Only suicidal people can say this to each other. Non-suicidal people wouldn’t really understand how it feels, so saying it would be oversimplifying suicidal people’s feelings.

@RantKizel Kalau setelah ngebantu, yang kamu pikirin malah, “then just die”, mungkin kamu perlu ngelatih ulang empatimu. You just have to accept that it’s complex, that sometimes you can’t make them feel better. It’s okay. Kapasitas orang biasa kan nggak sama dengan psikolog/psikiater.

@RantKizel Maybe ask yourself, do you genuinely want to help, or do you want to play hero and fix things? Aku pun pernah di posisi merasa serba salah, and it’s frustrating. Tapi ya namanya orang sakit. Wajar kalau reaksi mereka nggak sama seperti orang yang keadaan mentalnya baik-baik aja.
