This is bullshit and this guy is stupid and should be arrested for fraud and lying. The west has financial sovereignty hence it can rely on credit history. You dont. There is an actual material limit and a cost on how much you lend and borrow. Jordan is not the US or EU. Even china could not do this because of lack of financial sovereignty.
