I will start with the solopreneur experience, at 45. I know it's not an immediate success, maybe years in the making, but I'm willing to put the effort and time. I hope to share this process with the rest that want to join me, but also with people more experienced than me.

@vinyvicente @leocavalcante Os array-shapes do PHPStan é algo que dá pra ajudar sim, não é algo nativo da linguagem e precisa de outra ferramenta pra validar isso. É como se fosse meta-programming, mas fora da linguagem.

@yourwebmaker @leocavalcante @yourwebmaker é possível usar plain god array nativo do php. O PHP tem flexibilidade pra isso. E ainda pode usar phpstan pra ajudar. @leocavalcante me deu alguns insights disso e faz sentido. Até se não houver validação ou regra de negócios, melhor ainda.

Opinião impopular: A PSR-4 do #php, quando ela limita o #dev a escrever somente 1 classe por 1 arquivo, ela faz com que o #dev escreva menos classes. Em #java e #csharp é comum escrever múltiplas classes em um só arquivo.

@leocavalcante @vinyvicente Não foi hating, foi só uma comparação a outros ecossistemas. Adoraria que pudéssemos escrever várias classes num só arquivo e CodeSniffer não ficar reclamando que tá quebrando a PSR-4. Por padrão, a gente não pode fazer algo parecido com isso aqui: github.com/edumentab/cqrs…

@vinyvicente @yourwebmaker Não entendi se é fã ou hater. Haha! Pra mim, escrever menos classes é uma coisa boa. Então foi um elogio.

Of course I will lose a lot of flexility to model that aggregate, but it is a drawback I was aware of before taking this decision.

By using an ORM I can still have ReadModels, Event Handling, Event logs/audit… and all the other orthogonal concepts that ES gives to us.
