I was just thinking that yesterday. I'm a sub and all that crap on the walls is so distracting. If I react that way, what do you think the kids are feeling? Clutter is bad, order is good. This is one of the reasons I sent my kids to Waldorf schools. The classrooms are intentionally beautiful.

Teachers...you don't need all that crap on your walls.

@koicows @connor__peters It’s hard to really compare this to what exists in Tokyo or anywhere in Japan because the cycle,pedestrian,car culture is so different. It is common for cars, cyclists to also share the road there (as well as pedestrians) but this is embedded in the overall respect for bikes,etc

@connor__peters Here’s a bike lane in Tokyo. Notice it doesn’t infringe on the road… it creates more foot traffic areas and requires the cyclists to have some speed discretion as they politely move around people.

Why is Doug Ford banning bike lanes, but not street parking? Only one of these things is obstructing traffic and it's not the cyclist. #onpoli #TOpoli
