my jaw literally dropped watching this video…. they’re literally telling people to book wheelchair seats if they’re too big to fit in the regular seats and the videos in a playlist called fat hacks??? taking wheelchair seating if you’re not a wheelchair user isn’t a hack hello??

i cant even collect my words properly because im so pissed, the fact that he thinks saying ‘well fat people can be disabled too’ makes it okay?? like yes no ones denying that, but unless they’re a wheelchair user themselves you shouldn’t book seating that is specifically FOR

wheelchair users?? and the fact everyone in the comments is agreeing with them??? finding places that accommodate for disabilities is hard enough as it is, especially for wheelchair users and for people to take those spaces when they aren’t disabled is appalling

like im sorry but if you’re able bodied you shouldn’t be taking disability seating. if you’re passionate about venues having bigger seating options available then by all means advocate for that but please don’t advocate for non disabled people to take disability seating
