A dynamic that has been playing out at least for the last 4 months, when a theme stretches fifteen or twenty percent, buying the rip or marrying the position is dead money. Capital is rotating. Hunting for laggards and the deeply oversold assets the crowd left for dead. The technicals are pristine. Price is respecting mid-term structures with precision. Now that the dynamic is defined, the edge lies in two plays: position for mean reversion or stalk a high-conviction pullback in the leaders. I have not seen a better time to mute the noise and focus strictly on the tape. The action is orderly, and the board is full of opportunity.
