A Pleiadian mothership, recorded by me just a few minutes ago in Sedona.
I've been meditating a lot lately. Right after I wake up, while lying in bed. While brushing my teeth. While cooking. While walking. While working out. While bathing. While falling asleep at night. I probably meditate for a few hours each day. But... My meditations are quite different from the conventional ones. You know, sitting in the lotus pose, silencing your mind, and listening to meditative music. Don't get me wrong, these are great and I sometimes do them too. But nowadays, I meditate whenever I have a free minute, simply by focusing on the heart chakra and making myself feel grateful. That's it. Grateful for what I already have and for what is still to come. I also learned, from reading @Kabamur_Taygeta tweets, that you can use gratitude to manifest. I do this by feeling grateful as if I already have what I want. So let's say I wish for health, I make myself feel grateful for being completely healthy in this present moment. If I wish for more peace, I make myself feel grateful for having such a peaceful life. It doesn't matter if my physical reality doesn't reflect this yet. Eventually it will. But until that happens, I make myself feel grateful as if I already have it. I don't know exactly how or why it works, but it definitely does. Life actually starts to change. Some things manifest instantly. Some take their time. In my experience, this meditation helped me move past challenges that had weighed on me for years. It took patience and belief, especially in the beginning before I started seeing results, yet it paid off in ways I never expected. And honestly, the greatest reward isn't even watching things manifest. It's the process itself. I get to spend hours in heartfelt gratitude each day. It's such a magical and perfect state to experience. It connects me to Oneness (the Quantum Field / Source / Prime Creator / Love / Light). It raises my frequency and recharges me. And the more time I spend in gratitude, the more things I find to be grateful for. Frequency attracts frequency, as they say. So this is my process. That's how I meditate.
