A hidden message appears in Noah’s genealogy when the Hebrew names are translated into English:
“Man is appointed mortal sorrow, but the Blessed God shall come down, teaching that His death shall bring the despairing comfort and rest.”
A message of redemption… hidden in the generations from the very beginning.

A MIT professor gave a 1-hour lecture in 2019 that has 18 million views.
He died 5 months after recording it.
It was his final gift to the world.
Patrick Winston taught at MIT for 50 years.
The smartest engineers on earth sat in his classroom.
And he spent his last lecture teaching them the one skill their degrees never covered.
How to speak.
15 lessons that will change how you communicate forever:
Never open with a joke. Your audience is not ready to laugh yet. Open with a promise of what they will know by the end.
Your ideas are like your children. You are too close to them. What is obvious to you is invisible to everyone else. Explain the obvious.
The 5-minute rule: the first 5 minutes of any talk determine whether people will listen for the next 55. Spend more time on your opening than anything else.
Repeat your most important idea 3 times in 3 different ways. Once is never enough.
Build a fence around your idea. Tell people what it is NOT before you tell them what it IS.
Verbal punctuation. Pause. Let the idea land before moving to the next one.
Ask questions nobody will answer. Then wait 7 seconds. The silence is not awkward. It is processing.
Never read your slides. Your audience can read. They cannot listen and read simultaneously.
Use the board not the slides. Writing forces you to slow down. Slowing down forces clarity.
Inspire before you inform. Nobody learns from someone they are not inspired by.
End with a contribution not a summary. Tell them what you gave them. Not what you said.
Never say thank you at the end. It is weak. End with something that lands.
Stories make ideas stick. Data makes ideas understood. You need both. In that order.
The quality of your communication determines the quality of your ideas in the eyes of the world. Not the ideas themselves.
Practice is not preparation. Practice IS the skill.
Patrick Winston understood something most people spend their entire careers missing.
Your ideas are only as powerful as your ability to transfer them into someone else's mind.
You can be the smartest person in the room and be completely invisible.
Or you can master communication and make average ideas feel like breakthroughs.
He chose to spend his last lecture teaching this.
Watch it tonight.

Bahaa el-Din Ahmed Hussein el-Akkad was a respected Egyptian Muslim imam who led a mosque in the Al-Haram district of Giza, Cairo.
For over 20 years he was a member of the fundamentalist Islamic group Tabligh and Da’wa, and in 1994 he published a 500-page book titled “Islam: the Religion” reviewing the traditional beliefs of the Islamic faith.
After years of studying both Islam and Christianity, el-Akkad converted to Christianity in January 2005. In handwritten notes later smuggled out of prison, he wrote that anyone who studies both religions seriously and objectively will choose the Christian way.
On April 6, 2005, just three months after his conversion, Egypt’s State Security Intelligence arrested him. He was accused of “insulting a heavenly religion,” a misdemeanor under Article 98-F of the Egyptian penal code.
In July 2006, a Cairo court ordered his release. The State Security ignored the order and transferred him to the maximum-security Wadi el-Natroun Prison in the desert, where most Egyptian Islamists convicted of anti-government activities are held.
He was reportedly told he would remain there indefinitely unless he agreed to inform on other converts.
He was finally released on April 28, 2007, after two years of imprisonment without formal charges.
To this day Christians all around the world are persecuted for their faith. Pray for them.

Scientists say they may have found Noah’s Ark in Turkey.
A recent ground-penetrating radar (GPR) survey at Turkey’s Durupınar Formation has uncovered a subterranean structure that strikingly matches the biblical account of Noah’s Ark.
Situated 18 miles south of Mount Ararat—a site long speculated by some to be the ark’s final resting place—the scans reveal sharp-angled walls, a 13-foot-wide central corridor, and layered interiors suggestive of multiple decks, echoing the three-tiered vessel described in Genesis and the Quran.
Soil analyses bolster the findings: samples from the formation show elevated potassium and organic material, consistent with decomposed wood. Overhead, the grass over the ark-shaped outline appears discolored, indicating anomalous subsurface conditions.
For decades, geologists dismissed the site as a natural rock outcrop, but the new data—displaying symmetrical geometry and internal voids—challenge that view. The structure’s dimensions (515 feet long, 86 feet wide, 52 feet high) align almost exactly with Genesis 6:15.
No wood or artifacts have yet surfaced, and researchers emphasize they are seeking residual traces rather than an intact ship. Continued drilling and testing will determine whether this is an extraordinary geologic mimicry or tangible evidence of the ancient flood narrative.
