Team run today at the Body Coach HQ 😀 The whole Body Coach team work a 4 day week. They are paid for 5 days. Everyday they get a 1 hour lunch break & 1 hour to exercise. We want a happy and healthy team. This is our way of showing it and helping getting that balance

This is amazing. 🤯 A 4 day week school week is leading to better results for students and less burnt out teachers. The teachers use Mondays to plan and the students attend Tuesday - Friday and use their Monday for self-guided work with the option to come in for extra help.

Dear Daily Mail, We would like to rewrite your headline for you. Asda was not engaged in a meaningful reduction in work-time. Instead they compressed their 44 hour week into 4 days. No wonder it wasn't popular and was scrapped. Benefits are realised when work-time is reduced.
