Fun Fact: he actually had a real vtuber model before the peanut. Bro puts so much work into his streams, the intro, the 3d scenes (he has 47 different scenes for his 47 different models?!!) hes got toggles for the outfits and sound bits like confetti- set up to trigger when he says "yipee". He most definitely plays up the peanut character very well. there is alot of actual tech and skill behind the "scuff" and from a creative pov that is pretty neat :3 another fun fact: he doesnt actually hate vtubers and only said "im not a vtuber" - cuz it was followed up by "im a PTUBER" - that was the whole bit.

Before the elitists and haters start saying “he’s not a real vtuber” you’re also telling png vtubers and other vtubers who don’t “spend money” on their models that they’re not real vtubers either. V stands for virtual not anime. He’s virtual, entertaining and hilarious and obviously his community showed up for him. You guys just sound jealous to me. Regardless if he doesn’t consider himself a vtuber he does fit the category. It’s clear whatever he’s doing is working.
