@702HSFB 1) They wanna transfer to Gorman and never sniff the playing field? These “local kids” wouldn’t even play for Gorman’s JV squad. 2) None of the schools who compete at the 5A level have a “shot at a state championship” if they don’t play at Gorman.

So I'm getting local kids asking me can they transfer to gorman without sitting out I don't see why not at this point but who knows Also so kids in class of 27,28 get no shot at a state championship because of local coaches So there high school career is a sacrifice

If I was in High School during this era and I never went to Gorman. I would leave the state or go charter. Which is what most of these kids are going to do. All this is doing is pushing the talent away from Vegas. Gorman doesn’t need them, they get kids from out of state.

Smart It's time for vegas to go all private league and all the best players play at charter schools like the rest of the country No restrictions on transfers Public schools would take a hit but VEGAS football would get National respect besides Gorman

Pulling out of NIAA only benefits Gorman even more. CCSD basically just let the Private/Charter schools create their own Trinity League in Nevada. The athletes in the valley already want to go to these Privates/Charter where athletics is taken more seriously and properly funded.
