I am totally shocked that a company like ABSA has an issue where the left hand has no idea of what the right hand is doing..... got 2 messages, one to say.....???? Will be conducting the investigation, and one, another person saying that by tomorrow, she will have answers, and then having to deal with someone else, the 'investigator'...... who, where and wtaf??????
