@ACAREYCMP Hi there! You are absolutely able to turn on SMS updates. From the website, you will click on account and then account settings. When you scroll down, there is a notification preference section with a toggle that will allow you to receive order status updates via text.

@DoorDash_Help I need to order groceries. If something wasn't available I used to get texts from the dasher. Can I change back to that instead of the website? (I don't do anything financial on phone, so no app. I will be on work computer & not logged into website.)
@DoorDash_Help I do receive order updates via text. But if the dasher messages me it only shows in the website & I always miss it. If I schedule a grocery order they message me when something is not available. I usually order groceries for something specific, then I don't even get it.
