Truly shocked to hear how poorly my daughter was treated by one of the cabin crew today in business class on @AirCanada BCN to YUL. Her first time flying full business class in a pod, and it certainly wasn’t what she was expecting!

@AirCanada I am a 75k Aeroplan status holder. My wife and I returned home from a disappointing Mexican vacation booked thru AC vacations. We do make a claim when we returned in early March and we have not been advised of the outcome of our claim.

@Aeroplan @AirCanada Must be worst frequent flier website among global airlines. Trying to buy points while abroad. Keeps showing plane going round while waiting then freezes with a white box. Repeated attempts and then shows "we are sorry. Something went wrong"

@CBCNews flight from London to Toronto turned back while over the Atlantic. Now booked on a 16 hour flight through Barcelona travelling with my elderly mother while others got a direct flight. No one answering Air Canada customer service and app isn't changing flight @AirCanada
