Hi Fiber Fam, meet Krystal! Krystal is a Residential Customer Experience Trainer who started out as a Customer Experience Specialist. On top of meeting all the new hires on the residential team, Krystal also loves ensuring everyone she trains is developed to their fullest potential. Krystal shared a great story about her training coming full circle. When a former trainee in the mobile department saw a need for an interactive module to help train new mobile employees, he knew Krystal would be a great resource for feedback & ideas. After gathering her feedback, the interactive module received overwhelmingly positive feedback and is being implemented for all future mobile team trainings.
