This week I'm going all in on my 2nd theory in the Nancy Guthrie case: ▪️Perhaps Annie and Tomasso are the reason behind what happened to Nancy. To be clear, I DO NOT believe they carried it out themselves. I do think they have a short list of people they suspect could have done this to their mother. ▪️ The motive could be any number of things: Did they owe someone money? Did they get in the way of someone’s relationship or career? Was someone jealous of them and wanted to hurt them by going after Nancy instead? ▪️ Maybe Annie already knows her mother was targeted because of her. The little moments we’ve all noticed in those videos she appeared in could simply be her carrying guilt and remorse. Next, I’ll dive into my theories based on the evidence we can confirm for sure.

On Tuesday, an Arkansas judge granted Magnolia a three year no contact protection order against JLR, her ex, following serious allegations that surfaced during the Travis Decker case in Washington state.

@ALetsGoooo @Nerdy_Addict @BadAss4life6767 Every state has wildly different laws around DV. She may have agreed to not press charges if he agreed to a 3 year order. Could be similar to a no contest plea, but he has to accept the restraining order.

Just putting this out there……If you are a social media influencer…..and you think for a minute that your personal life is NOT checked daily, you are wrong!! Among the allegations in the protective order Magnolia sought against JLR are strangulation, a broken nose and septum that allegedly required surgery, and claims in her filing that JLR threatened to kill her if she reported him. All on Christmas Day.

On Dec 24, JLR posted a photo of himself with Magnolia in Washington. By the following day, an incident had unfolded that led to a police report, an ex parte motion granted for Magnolia, and JLR being served in Florida on January 23. “Respondent always wears a black ball cap.”
