@AmexUK I’m trying to make a claim on travel insurance with my platinum card, and @metpoliceuk have issued a crime reference number, but I can’t resolve it because you need a full police report, which met police won’t give. Any ideas how to resolve please?

@AmexUK incredibly disappointed with poor customer service in relation to an issue on my wife’s card. Given the annual fee for a platinum card this is unacceptable. Telling us to ring back when you are less busy is unacceptable for what is meant to be a premium product

@AmexUK you are discriminating against people with mental disabilities by forcing your customers to talk to your fraud team ON THE PHONE. They need to be available by email or texts or chats. You cannot force customers to talk on the phone when they are unable to!!!

@AmexUK after 20 years of being with Amex and spending between £20-40k per year on my credit card, they refused to pay the £200 cashback on a recent credit card transaction because their system said it wasn’t enrolled in time yet on my app it said it was enrolled.
