Hey @APEGA_AB, you’d better investigate the sham that Cryptotherm is peddling as 'engineered' equipment. This junk is so poorly slapped together, it’s obvious no real engineer touched it—probably just Austin Bank’s grubby hands. Worse, their V-Rack is a shameless rip-off of @Digital_Shovel’s patented design. Don’t waste your money on these crooks—they’ll steal your gear, ghost your orders, and leave you with nothing but a headache. Spread the word: Cryptotherm is a scam!

APEGA will engage with the City of Calgary after the immediate public impact has been addressed, and as applicable to the practice of engineering.

Amazing that the entire city of Calgary water management has not been fired and ran out of town for this “repair” done in April. How could anyone go home after doing this and not expect this burst to happen in a couple months time. What a joke, where does our money go!?

@APEGA_AB Not fixed yet at all. It's been a week and a half and my charges are still not reversed. Bank says call the merchant. But Member Benefits didn't answer my call or respond to my voicemail, and instead replied with a canned email. HELP!

@suehuff @APEGA_AB how is this not a safety issue? I’m a P.Eng - I see this as a massive gap in public safety. Is this not our role? An overly raised pick up truck cannot fulfil the intent of any bumper laws…no?
