In order to create systemic change in our community, we must work to invert the burden of navigating and securing support in these categories – an often cumbersome and overwhelming process for individuals to achieve on their own.

Atlanta is a major metro area with top tier healthcare resources, yet we find ourselves near the bottom of national health rankings, largely due in part to significant inequities in the social determinants of health for people of color.
