METU IMS Team sailed for Climate-resilient regions! Within the #greendeal @ARSINOE_EU project, METU IMS conducted an expedition focusing on the Black Sea-Bosporus-Marmara Sea connection. The expedition surveyed 10 stations, dedicated sampling and measurement points at sea encompassing all the way to the sea bottom. The sampling strategy enabled the comparison of both systems and quantifying the exchanges from Marmara into the Case Study Region in the southwest Black Sea.
