I’m told this has all been worked out between ASU and @TPUSA …. There will be a large venue for the vigil and there will be no security charges to students. This event will go forward Monday. Charlie deserves all the respect in the world, especially in his family’s backyard. ❤️

🚨 BREAKING: ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY SABOTAGING STUDENT-LED CHARLIE KIRK MEMORIAL SERVICE I have been contacted by sources close to the @ASU chapter of the College Republicans @asu_gop with information that ASU, less than 48 hours before a planned memorial service, has decided to make it virtually IMPOSSIBLE for the student club to host a heartfelt tribute to the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk. This is DISGUSTING behavior from the hometown university located less than 10 minutes from Turning Point USA's headquarters. Was this the handiwork of ASU President @MichaelCrow? Crow and ASU unfortunately has a history of sabotaging conservative events on his campus. The sickening part here is this ISN'T a political event! It's a memorial service to honor the life of a prominent national figure who was ASSASSINATED a mere TWO DAYS ago — a figure who is receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom and has every flag in America flying at half staff in his honor by order of the @POTUS. ASU do better. Be better. Be human. Right now this is some SICK & DISGUSTING behavior from my alma mater. FIX THIS NOW.

It is illegal for a public institution to levy additional security fees based on the expected reaction of a hostile crowd of losers — a so-called “heckler’s tax” — I sued UC Berkeley over this and won. ASU needs to check with a lawyer asap.

Here comes the discrimination from @asu and @michaelcrow. If they don’t do the right thing, the legislature must start cutting funding. ASU should already lose funding after they got caught helping Hobbs. Don’t count on RINO Maricopa County Attorney @Rachel1Mitchell to help.
