I see everyone is saying Orlando Pirates are already champions. No guys! You are not winning games without playing them. Who would have thought Sundowns would lose at TS Galaxy that had not won in their last 14? Noone. Let's stay humble & respect Durban City. Very good team.

Iran became the only non-nuclear country in the entire world that single-handedly destroyed 14 air bases of a nuclear power country, the USA, and forced it into a humiliating ceasefire 🫡🫡💥💥

The only thing Cyril has been building since the 9 years in his presidency is to destroy South Africa and its people.

Make it a law that all tourism-related jobs be reserved for South Africans. All restaurants, hotels, etc. must only employ South Africans.

People reject Mashatile’s potential presidency based solely on unproven corruption claims by the media, yet support Ramaphosa despite having a criminal case to answer. This is about factional loyalties rather than a genuine demand of moral and ethical probity. No investigation has found Mashatile wanting.

Dear South Africans, We will not be misled - there were no errors of law in the Panel Report! The Ngcobo Panel applied the law rationally, cautiously, and exactly within the constitutional framework created by section 89 and Rule 129. It correctly understood that its role was not to determine guilt but to assess whether sufficient prima facie evidence existed to justify a fuller parliamentary inquiry. The report reflects a legally disciplined approach. The panel carefully distinguished between preliminary evidentiary assessment and final factual findings, confined itself to the material placed before it, and repeatedly grounded its reasoning in constitutional text, parliamentary rules, and Constitutional Court jurisprudence. In fact, the jurisprudential strength of the report lies precisely in its restraint. Rather than overreaching, the panel respected separation of powers, recognised the limits of its mandate, and rationally concluded that the seriousness of the allegations warranted deeper constitutional scrutiny by Parliament.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer is being forced to resign after a disastrous election showing. In contrast, the ANC doubled down and backed Ramaphosa after their worst election results since the dawn of democracy. It’s almost as if they want the party to fail.

Adv Ngcukaitobi is a great lawyer but former Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo is an even greater lawyer. So great he was the chief justice of the constitutional court and even lectured at Harvard University. There are no errors of law in the Section 89 report.
ERROL💥💥💥💥💥💥💥@errolbsk

That's your view. Ngcukaitobi, who is handling the legal case for Ramaphosa, believes the report has technical deficiencies. As an advocate, with a very good grasp of law, let's wait to hear what he says in argument, when this matter is ventilated in court.
