@AUDIFinanceHelp Guys, I have asked for an early settlement figure a few weeks back and the fee was zero. When I wanted to progress today I had to get a new quote which is not £653! How is this even possible in the space of a couple of weeks?

Hi @AUDIFinanceHelp I have a service plan with you, and every month you send a statement, but nowhere does it tell you the outstanding balance, or the end date, why?? It’s a waste sending without these 2 pieces of crucial info @MartinSLewis

@AUDIFinanceHelp Trying to transfer my husband’s Audi PCP into my name so that when the worst happens on the worse day of my life I won’t find myself with an uninsured car that I can’t drive. Despite letter from the Royal Marsden & the hospice told that it can take 4-6 weeks! 1/2

@AUDIFinanceHelp Hi Can I please suggest that when someone takes out a Service Plan that you save paper and postage by just sending out an initial invoice with a schedule of Direct Debits rather that one every month for 2 Years. Goes straight in bin.

Utter shambles. @AUDIFinanceHelp @AudiUk @AudiUKCare. Ordered a E-tron GT on Contract hire (through my business) from @SytnerAudi Nott's went to collect in Dec, signed the paperwork only for it to have a fault so unable to take it away. Still no sign of it being fixed👇
