BlackRock’s BUIDL Tops $900M on Avalanche, Doubles in a Week According to RWA xyz, BlackRock’s tokenized money market fund BUIDL has surpassed $900 million in assets under management (AUM) on the Avalanche network, increasing by approximately $436 million (105%) over the past week. Launched in March 2024, BUIDL now has a total AUM of about $2.87 billion, making it one of the world’s largest on-chain tokenized U.S. Treasury funds.

For years crypto tried to convince people to care about infrastructure. Maybe we had it backwards. People care about the thrill of opening a pack. The excitement of finding something rare. The story behind collecting. If blockchain can make that experience more transparent, more liquid and truly owned by the collector, then adoption stops feeling like onboarding and starts feeling like fun.
