Imagine not seeing light in weeks to power all these😔 I’m tired of spending 5k on fuel that only lasts 3hrs daily. Not all of us have celebrity clients that pay in millions. At this point I need to generate my own power😌 with an estimated cost of 5.7m for a 6.2kva inverter, lithium batteries and panels. Abeg if you have 5million that you’re not using and don’t mind helping a small business grow, I have a well structured payment plan that ensures full refund in 10months at 500k a month m, if God spares my life. Willing to sign an undertaking and all necessary documents. I honestly need an interest free loan at this point to break even. So many unfinished orders.

I'm writing this with tears 😢 in my eyes and a broken heart💔. As a woman, there are countless traps where you can be pushed, pressured, or manipulated into situations involving s3x before marriage. 😢You might be molested as a teenager, before u even understand what is happening. 💔In primary or secondary school, someone older or stronger may take advantage of ur innocence. 😢In higher institutions, both students and lecturers may try to exploit u. 💔Some will tie ur exams and grades to s3x, making u feel like u have no choice. 😢A lecturer may deliberately fail u just to pressure u into giving in. 💔After graduation, while searching for a job, offers may come with hidden demands for s3x. 😢Even when u finally secure a job, coworkers or superiors may still try to cross boundaries. 💔You fall in love, thinking it’s safe, but it turns into pressure for s3x. 😢You ask for financial help, and instead of support, u’re offered conditions,s3x. 💔You seek a simple favor, and suddenly it comes with expectations u never agreed to,S3x. 💔Even in places meant to be safe, religious, some abuse trust for selfish desires. 😢Male Friends u trust may slowly manipulate u emotionally until u feel trapped. 💔Online relationships can turn into blackmail or pressure when private moments are demanded. 😢Some will pretend to mentor or guide u, only to exploit ur vulnerability. 💔And sometimes, the fear of being judged or blamed keeps u silent, even when u know something is wrong. This is the reality many women quietly face. One obstacle after another, one escape after another, until exhaustion sets in. And sadly, the same people who take advantage behind closed doors are often the loudest ones online, judging, shaming, and pretending to be righteous when a picture or video surfaces. It’s a painful cycle. And it says more about the hypocrisy of society than the worth of any woman.

Never Invest in Land Banking If You Don't Understand These 7 Things 1:Land Ownership & Title Documents This is the foundation of everything. •If ownership is not clear, nothing else matters. •In Nigeria, land is governed by the Land Use Act, meaning the government technically owns all land and grants usage rights to individuals. •What you must check •C of O (Certificate of Occupancy) Confirms legal ownership recognized by the government. •Governor’s Consent Required when land ownership is transferred from one person to another. •Deed of Assignment: Legal proof that ownership has been transferred to you. •Survey Plan: Shows the exact location and size of the land. Deep insight •Many scams happen because buyers rely on family land claims without proper documentation. •Always verify at the land registry. If the seller avoids verification, that’s a red flag. 2:Government Acquisition & Zoning •Not all land is free for private use. Some lands are •Under Government Acquisition: Can be taken anytime for public use (roads, schools,). •Committed Land: Already assigned for a government purpose. •Excision: Land released back to the community (safer, but still verify). •Gazette: Official record confirming excision. •Zoning matters too •Some land is meant for agriculture, not housing or commercial buildings. •Deep insight •Buying land under acquisition because it’s cheap is one of the most common mistakes. • Cheap land is often cheap for a reason. Location & Future Development Potential Smart investors don’t follow current value they follow future growth. Things to analyze: •Proximity to major roads and highways Government projects •(bridges, rail lines, industrial zones) •Nearby estates, schools, markets, and businesses •Population movement trends •Deep insight •Land value increases when development follows. •Buy where development is going •not where it has already happened (because prices are already high there). 4:Access to the Land (Road & Right of Way) •A land without access is a liability. Some lands are landlocked, meaning there’s no legal road to reach them. •What to confirm •Is there a registered access road? •Is the road recognized in the survey plan? •Can vehicles reach the land easily? •Deep insight •Even if land is cheap, if access becomes a legal dispute later, you may never be able to use or sell it. Buyers avoid such properties. 5:Soil Type & Environmental Condition Not all land is suitable for building. Common risks Swampy or waterlogged land •Flood-prone areas •Weak soil requiring piling (very expensive) •Erosion-prone land •Deep insight •A plot may cost ₦2M, but you may spend ₦5M just to make it buildable. •Always inspect physically and, if possible, consult a civil engineer. 6:Hidden Charges & Community Issues (Omonile Wahala) •This is a major issue in many parts of Nigeria. •Possible hidden costs •Family settlement fees •Omonile charges during fencing or building •Documentation fees not disclosed upfront Security/community levies •Deep insight •If not handled properly, these costs can become endless. Always •Get a full breakdown of all charges before payment •Work with a trusted lawyer •Ensure receipts and agreements are documented 7:Exit Strategy (How You’ll Make Profit) •Many people buy land and just hope it appreciates. That’s not a strategy. Ask yourself •Am I buying to resell, develop, or hold long-term? •Who is my target buyer in the future? •What will increase this land’s value? (roads, estate development, infrastructure) |How long can I wait? •Deep insight •Land is not always liquid you can’t sell it instantly. •Without a clear exit plan, your money may be tied down for years. © FlyAlone

2027: ADVISORY FOR ALL POTENTIAL VOTERS. As 2027 elections get closer, it will be important that voters are given a pro Bono ADVISORY. Voters should take note that before they decide who to canvass and vote for, they should ponder on the following issues. 1. Don't be carried away by slogans, because almost all party slogans are deceptive and a trap to lure voters. 2. Don't be carried away by religious claims and sentiments because beneath those claims are pyramids of Godlessness. 3. Irrespective of party platforms, don't be carried away by those politicians who begin to frequent Friday prayers in different mosques or Sunday services in different churches with donations. Most of them are worse than Satan. 4. Dig deep into their past history and ensure that those aspiring for any office: A. Have no past criminal conviction at home or abroad. B. Have no previous records of being involved in human trafficking, organ harvesting or hard drugs peddling. C. Make sure that they have a clearly identified and verifiable family lineage and that their source of wealth is not rooted into fraud and such other crimes. D. Ensure that they have no previous record of compromising the interest of Nigeria or sabotaging it. E. Confirm that such an aspirant is not one of those who had in the past or who is likely in the future to abandon his constituency and relocate to Abuja after winning elections. F. Be careful as some of them are serial liars with lunacy hanging all over their hearts, souls and minds as they share the same scavenging attitudes with those city scavengers who don't care how stinky the dirty is as long as they will get benefit out of it. G. Pin them down to a written and enforceable MOU and make a video recording of the same for rainy days. H. Carry out a thorough personality and character audit. Don't be carried away by their physical looks, mode of dressing and automobiles they parade. Because beneath those physicals are habits that are more dangerous and vicious than those of deadly reptiles.

DEED OF CONVEYANCE vs DEED OF ASSIGNMENT While both are instruments used to transfer interests in land, they are not exactly the same. DEED OF CONVEYANCE A Deed of Conveyance is an old legal document used to transfer interest in land. It was traditionally used to transfer full ownership (freehold interest) in land from one person to another. Under that system, ownership passed completely from the seller to the buyer. However, under the Land Use Act of 1978, all land in Nigeria is vested in the Governor. So, strict "absolute ownership" (freehold) is no longer recognized in the old sense. Because of this, Deeds of Conveyance are now rarely used in modern land transactions. DEED OF ASSIGNMENT A Deed of Assignment is the modern and commonly used document. It is used to transfer an existing interest in land (usually a right of occupancy or leasehold interest) from one person to another. What is transferred is not absolute ownership, but the unexpired interest in the land(i.e whatever that remains from the 99 years term typically granted by the governor) So, the buyer steps into the shoes of the seller for the remaining term. A properly executed Deed of Assignment and Deed of Conveyance can serve as a good root of title (i.e you can rely on it in court to prove ownership of land). Stay informed. Stay protected. Stay Legally Wise. IGNORANTIA JURIS NON EXCUSAT. © Naomi Umeje, Esq.

HERE ARE 5 CRITICAL RIGHTS YOU MUST REMEMBER IMMEDIATELY. If you are ever arrested, the law does not abandon you. In fact, it activates some of your most fundamental protections, especially under the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999. 1. RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT You are not obligated to answer questions that may incriminate you. This is rooted in the legal principle against self-incrimination. Silence is not guilt, it is strategy. 2. RIGHT TO BE INFORMED OF THE REASON FOR YOUR ARREST The arresting officer must clearly tell you why you are being arrested, in a language you understand. Anything short of this is a violation of due process. 3. RIGHT TO LEGAL REPRESENTATION You have the right to consult a lawyer of your choice before making any statement. If you cannot afford one, assistance may be available through bodies like the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria. No lawyer, no statement. It’s that simple. 4. RIGHT TO BE BROUGHT BEFORE A COURT WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME The law frowns at indefinite detention. Under Nigerian law, you must be charged to court within a “reasonable time” (usually 24–48 hours depending on proximity to a court). Detention without trial is not justice, it is oppression. 5. RIGHT TO DIGNITY OF THE HUMAN PERSON Even in custody, you must not be subjected to torture, inhuman, or degrading treatment. This right is absolute, no exceptions. NOTE: An arrest is not a conviction. It is merely an allegation under investigation. Your composure, awareness, and insistence on your rights can make all the difference. Because in that moment, the most powerful words you can hold onto are not fear-driven… but law-driven. Stay legally informed! © Happiness Oluoma

Here are 3 powerful du‘ās from the Prophet ﷺ for halal income, relief from debt, and barakah in your provision: ① Du‘ā for Halal Income & Independence اللهم اكفني بحلالك عن حرامك، وأغنني بفضلك عمن سواك Allahumma ikfini bihalalika ‘an haramik, wa aghnini bifadlika ‘amman siwak. “O Allah, suffice me with what You have made halal so I can stay away from haram, and enrich me with Your فضل so I rely on no one but You.” (Tirmidhi 3563 – Hasan) ② Du‘ā for Relief from Debt & Financial Stress اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن، والعجز والكسل، والبخل والجبن، وضلع الدين، وغلبة الرجال. Allahumma inni a‘udhu bika minal-hammi wal-hazan… wa ghalabatir-rijal. wal-‘ajzi wal-kasal, wal-bukhli wal-jubn, wa dala‘id-dayn, wa ghalabatir-rijal. “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debt, and being overpowered by others.” (Sahih al-Bukhari 6369) ③ Du‘ā for Pure Rizq & Accepted Deeds اللهم إني أسألك علمًا نافعًا، ورزقًا طيبًا، وعملًا متقبلًا Allahumma inni as’aluka ‘ilman nafi‘an, wa rizqan tayyiban, wa ‘amalan mutaqabbalan. “O Allah, grant me beneficial knowledge, pure provision, and deeds that are accepted.” (Sunan Ibn Majah 925) Rizq is from Allah - but du‘ā opens doors that effort alone cannot.

Because i bought a car, my Landlord increased my rent from 1.6 Million to 4 Million Naira for my apartment in Lagos. Atanda, I need to tell you what happened. My landlord originally increased my rent from 1.6 million to 1.8 million, which I had planned to pay when my current rent expires next month. However, after I bought a car last weekend, he issued a new rent increment notice on Tuesday raising the rent further from 1.6 million all the way to ₦4 million. One of my neighbors actually overheard him telling his wife that since I have enough money to buy a car, I should definitely be able to afford this new price. Atanda, what can I do in this situation?" Atanda: I hope you still have evidence of the first increment with you. Ask for the Landlord account details Pay 1.8 Million Naira into the account and put the correct Narration Rent from so so date to so so date and year. If he comes to complain Tell him you have paid, but if he has any issue with it He should go to court. He can't win you cos the new rent increment is arbitrary and the court will stand with the first increment noticed served. Na sure win for you Don't stress yourself at all Buy one green for Baba landlord Make e tek that one see front Ignorance of the law is no excuse © Atanda

ANOTHER TRAGEDY HIT THE NIGERIA ARMY IN MONGONU BORNO. SERVING COLONEL & 23 BATTALION MEMBERS KILLED. 1. Colonel IA Mohammed along with 23 members of his troops lost their lives to insurgents yesterday Sunday, 12th April, 2026 in Monguno, Borno states. 2. Until his avoidable death he was the Commanding office of 242 Battalion of the Nigeria. 3. For the records he is the fifth (5th) battalion to be killed by insurgents within the last one month. 2. It becomes a matter of great concern When senior military personnel keep on losing their lives on the battle field for all together avoidable reasons. 3. It is even more worrisome and scandalous when such tragedies keep on happening on serial basis signifying that no drawing board for stock taking is available. 4. To understand the gravity of the situation, Names of all armed forces and other security personnel who lost their lives in the battle field from 2015 to date should be published. 5. If such a figure is published, mouth of all Nigerians will drop and they will freeze arising from unbelievable shock. 6. Continued loss of senior officers in the battlefield can create a wide unending gap in leadership experience and has the potential of reducing the rating and ranking of the entire military to the lowest level in the eyes of the local, regional and global community. 7. Ongoing and dominant public discussions are now focused on the role of corruption within the hierarchy of the military in the area of purchase of genuine military assets,c welfare of fighting forces, selective and biased promotion processes, compromise of sensitive intelligence information and passing same on to criminal elements, which exposes high profile and sensitive targets. 8. If the senior military and security officers will continue to lose their lives cheaply it means : "TO YOUR TENTS ALL RANK & FILE

Hote Safety 101: 10 Things You Must do when You Lodge in an Hotel Safety should be your priority when checking into an hotel Here are some helpful safety tricks you should know 1) Once you're in your hotel room, turn off the lights. Use your phone camera as a scanner. Move the phone camera around to detect hidden cameras. 2) Move a piece of furniture behind the door to prevent break-ins. Furniture like the bed or chair. If you cannot move your bed, hang a utensil or cup on the door handle to create noise if someone tries to enter, which will wake you up. 3) If you're alone, leave the key inside the door after locking to prevent unauthorized entry in case any hotel staff have a spare key. But if you're with someone you don't fully trust, avoid this. 4) Let someone know your location by calling them in the presence of the receptionist. You can make a statement like "Na this Usman hotel I dey o, if you no see my call tomorrow, mek men enter oo." 5) Before lodging, you can record a long conversation with someone, either a friend or family member, and then play it through a Bluetooth speaker while you're lodging, especially at night. This can scare away intruders because they will think you're on a live call with someone. 6) Check under the bed in case anything is hidden. Check around the room in case someone is hiding. 7) Bring your own towel and toiletries. Don't use hotel toiletries or towel. 😎 Don't sleep nákéd Incase of emergencies. 9) Be careful with hotels that have underground rooms. Bád people might use them to hûrt you. 10) Make sure you make payment with ATM. When you make payment with an ATM, the bank has full details of the receiving account and your location. If the hotel doesn't accept ATM payments, it might be a red flag. Consider walking away. © Conquer tv
