A 4 year NEET dropper is a 12th pass. Even if clears NEET - he/she will end securing a job max 60-70k/month after another 6 years of grind. Also, there is no limit to NEET attempts - so in view of sunk cost fallacy - might appear for 10-15 times - who knows. A 4 times UPSC dropper is atleast a graduate. He/she would be stopped by max two more attempts. If by chance clears - he/she looks at generational wealth if corrupt and even if honest - a life surrounded by servants/drivers/power. If he doesn’t - he still has a chance at other exams - knowledge is transferable- PSU/RBI/State PCS. Or can make use of his/her graduate degree. Both are wasting their youth but the sunk cost fallacy is too strong. NEET aspirant - more so in my honest opinion. Who will be more depressed - depends on individual. But wasting 5 years on NEET is worse in my opinion. If your opinion is different- sure - have your opinion- no disrespect- just stating my views.

CBI arrested Prof Manisha Mandhare for #NEET paper leak. She is from modern college Pune. Yes, same college which has RSS connection (Milind Ekbote) and was in news for not giving clearance for Dalit student, Prem Birhade, last year denying him UK job. Now college is disowning Mandhare but can they? Investigators allege that special coaching sessions were conducted at Mandhare’s Pune residence. During these classes, students were reportedly made to note down important Botany and Zoology questions in notebooks and mark them inside textbooks. According to officials, many of these questions later matched the actual NEET UG 2026 Biology paper.
