@BeefWel23348532 You may wish to contact our Early Conciliation Support Team on 0300 123 1122. This department maybe able to advise on timeframe of expected contact from the appointed conciliator.

@acasorguk hi I made an early conciliation claim on the 19th of March. I then received another email on the 27th of March stating that it will take about 4 weeks for a conciliator to be assigned to me from when I notified you. But I haven't had one contact me yet. Please advise?

@acasorguk can you give me advice i do a 38 hour week plus at least 20 hours overtime when i have a week off all i get paid for is 38 hours should my overtime be paid to me also

@acasorguk Hi submitted a claim through early conciliation at the time I was still awaiting to receive my appeal outcome and discussed with my conciliator of the progress. As I have received a very poor and negative appeal outcome. Is there a way I can reach my consolidator ?
