Holy ****, my $AXTI thesis was legendary? AXT is up another 20% today to ATHs at $58. Happy I got this right, gains in a short time blew away holding $NVDA over the years.

Warning: The entire AI industry will likely be bottlenecked by two companies: 1. $AXTI ($700M) 2. $SMTOY ($31.7B) Which both control 60–70%+ of the world's InP substrates. Future $NVDA, $GOOGL TPU v7 pods, $META, $MSFT, $AMZN hyperscaler clusters require InP-based lasers and receivers. $AVGO, $LITE, $COHR use for EMLs for 800G/1.6T transceivers, DFB lasers, and other optical infra. Without InP substrates, the supply chain falters. After looking at TPU BOM to Maia BOM, it looks like future ASICs + GPUs + hyperscaler deployments are heavily reliant on photonics. And two vendors could freeze the global InP substrate market covering nearly all of: - Hyperscaler optics (TPU pods, etc) - Optical transceivers (5g, data) - LiDAR (robotaxis, drones, military) -Optical Modules (interconnect clusters) - Silicon photonics laser dies (Nvidia’s future co-packaged optics and Intel/Broadcom SiPh engines use InP CW laser arrays.) Since these companies make up majority of the market supply: -AXTI (est. ~30–35%) -Sumitomo (est.~30%) - JX Nippon (est. 10-15%) That’s it. (eg. 2021 industry note from Yole states that "Sumitomo Electric + AXT together had “more than 75%” of the InP substrate market") Hyperscalers/AI are moving toward photonics but the entire AI industry is fragile. If either $AXTI or $SMTOY stop supplying materials, the entire future AI buidlout gets crippled. It's even crazier that a $700m company could become the the center of it all. InP substrate will likely one of the biggest bottlenecks alongside HMB as the AI industry shifts to photonics.

ACIP has been disbanded. The government’s response to the AAP lawsuit and judge Murphey’s injunction is to disband and then recreate a new ACIP committee, as this will take less time than would be required to file and prosecute an appeal. There will be no action from the government to respond to the defamatory characterization of the former ACIP members.

My wishful thinking scenario: $AAOI and $IQE rerates violently over the next 12 months. Meanwhile $POET gets hammered. Then in H2, $POET show early signs of potential commercial success and I roll some profits over there (most or all of it coming from $IQE). I really really like $AAOI so will most probably not touch this position. It could be considered an untouchable similar to how I treat $IBRX. Hopefully the market takes my desires into consideration.

It's still a headline driven market. One sentence in the media can send this thing back to all time highs. Situation's fragile...which is why there hasn't been an aggressive move down yet, even w all the negative macro stuff. Bears are one truth social post from being blown to smithereens, but so are bulls...nobody can get comfortable directionally. But in the meantime, you can use the weak tape as a window into relative strength. - stock flat while market’s -2% - specific assets green while everything else red - themes leading even with $SPY red It's a time to gather information...but stay risk off.

Let me explain why I believe $AEHR is one of the most underappreciated choke points in the entire AI infrastructure stack.. As silicon photonics scales into CPO and 1.6T, power density is exploding. These chips run so hot and so hard that even a single failure can take down an entire GPU rack. That’s not acceptable at hyperscale.. So before any of these optical ICs ship, they must go through extreme stress testing, basically pushed to their limits for hours to eliminate early failures.. This is where AEHR comes in. Their FOX-XP system can deliver up to 3,500 watts/wafer, which is exactly what these next-gen photonics chips require during burn-in. Without that level of testing, manufacturers simply can’t guarantee reliability at scale. And without reliability, there is NO deployment. What’s interesting is that AEHR doesn’t compete with $COHR, $LITE, $AAOI, or even $TSEM it sits underneath all of them. Every CPO system, every optical engine, every high-power SiPho chip ultimately needs to pass through this qualification step. That makes AEHR less visible but structurally tied to the entire ecosystem.

$EQT - building more data centers means one thing: more energy. Right now, the most scalable source is natural gas, and demand is only going higher over the next few years. Most data centers are on the East Coast. The largest supplier there? $EQT - leads in total production volume. Aligned with fundamentals, technicals, and fund flows.

Venu@Venu_7_

Natural Gas: The Real Fuel Behind Data Centers Let's discuss why $EQT plays a crucial role in Natural gas Ticker: $EQT Current Price: $60 Market cap: $38 Billion 1/ Why natural gas? Why EQT? What’s their moat? Energy is one of the biggest bottlenecks for AI over the next decade. Natural gas demand for data-center power has risen from 35% in 2020 to 40% in 2025 and is projected to reach 45% by 2030 as AI workloads accelerate. Natural gas is the only energy source that can scale fast enough, cheaply enough, and reliably enough to meet AI-driven power requirements. AI data centers need uninterrupted baseload power not intermittent generation and natural gas provides high efficiency and grid stability at scale. EQT is the largest natural-gas producer in the U.S., accounting for roughly 6% of total national output. If EQT were a country, it would be the 12th-largest gas producer in the world - a scale unmatched by any pure-play competitor. This combination of scale, low-cost production, and strategic repositioning creates one of the strongest moats in the natural-gas sector. 2/ Fundamentals EQT fundamentals have completely transformed even if the stock hasn’t. In 2014 EQT was a $60 stock. Today 11 years later - EQT is still a $60 stock. But the business underneath is nothing like it was: - Revenue in 2014: $2.48B - Revenue LTM: $7.8B → 3× growth - Free cash flow flipped from negative to solidly positive after the 2020–2022 downturn - Net income stabilized and is trending higher - Balance sheet is far stronger than pre-2021 due to better pricing, hedging, and cost controls The stock stayed flat. The fundamentals didn’t. This is exactly the type of setup where the re-rating shows up after the business transformation is already done. 3/ Technicals: - Forming a monster base on monthly chart - Technically very very Strong names and trading above all long term trend KMA's and IPO AVWAP - about to do a flat base breakout of 11 years on consolidation - Daily, weekly and Monthly charts are saying we are heading higher 4/ Funds Position: - Institutional ownership has surged from 280M shares in 2020 to 700M+ shares today, showing heavy accumulation from major funds as the AI-energy thesis strengthens. - Top holders like BlackRock, State Street, Geode, Lone Pine, and Citadel have added aggressively in recent quarters, with increases ranging from +10% to +180% - clear conviction in EQT’s long-term setup. 5/ My Take: I do think energy becomes the biggest bottleneck for AI over the next decade and we’re still extremely early in building the power infrastructure these data centers will demand. GPUs scale fast. Power grids don’t. That gap has to be filled by something reliable, cheap, and instantly deployable. If you want exposure to natural-gas-driven AI power, EQT is the purest and most dominant way to play it. They control the largest low-cost gas supply in the country, they’re signing direct deals with power operators, and institutions are loading up aggressively. The market hasn’t priced in the role natural gas will play in fueling AI but it will. AI Doesn’t Run on Hype - It Runs on Natural Gas Enjoy!

@pepemoonboy I agree buying now or in the last 5 years was a mistake. I fortunately invested heavily after 2008 crash. From 2010-2013. Most have 3-4X in value plus 20% cap rates. Been a great run. But we’re trimming some now.

The biggest regret I have to date is buying rental properties. Knowing what I know now, I would’ve put that capital straight into the markets or into my primary home. The numbers just don’t make sense anymore. All that stress, all that time…for such small monthly returns…or losses. Not worth it. You live and you learn.
Mikli@CryptoMikli

Caleb Hammer reveals his biggest money mistake was buying rental properties instead of investing in the market “I made decent money, but I would have made so much more money by just being in the market instead of focusing on that. My rental properties back in my home state, I am fully exiting them and just putting the money in the market.”
