The Struggle Continues...

Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi brought the Economic Freedom Fighters into his Cabinet, appointing Nkululeko Dunga as Finance MEC. It follows reports of pressure from the ANC’s national leadership, raising questions about political stability and shifting alliances in the province. UNISA political sciences professor Dirk Kotzé and University of Johannesburg’s Dr Oscar van Heerden discuss the big stories of the past 7 days. #Newzroom405 Watch: tinyurl.com/yhd322uj

@XoliMngambi guys get knowledgeable analysts cause what’s this 🙄🙄🙄

Not only factionalist Bra Duma, the ANC Veterans league suffers an inferiority complex. John Steenhuisen is presiding over the collapse of livestock due to foot and mouth disease as a Minister of Agriculture, Schreiber is presiding over an influx of illegal immigrants in SA as Minister of Home Affairs. Where is the comment of the ANC Veterans league on failing DA Ministers?

This veterans league is factionalist. They never complained when the ANC went into a coalition with the right wing DA

In one of the churches I attended this weekend, my home church the Presbyterian Church of Africa in Zwide, Eastern Cape, Reverend Bacela made an example and said the EFF getting an MEC position of Finance in Gauteng, can be likened to the resurrection of Christ. I found it amusing at first, He said people declared the EFF as a party “ezofela engceni”, it will die, as early as 2013. The Reverend said this MEC of Finance position therefore will hurt those who declared the EFF’s death prematurely. Looking at this media madness around it, calling of biased analysts, ignorance to the real reasons why MMC’s were removed in Ekurhuleni (because they were delivering services and outshining the ANC), I realise that Reverand Bacela was right.

Meet Abram Matlakala Mashishi of SANCO. He has been doing business with the State for more than 5 years now. He is the owner of Seloba Security Company. ( God knows why these politicians own security companies) He is currently fighting EFF appointment of Nkululeko Dunga as Finance MEC. Mashishi has come under fire the previous year after Panyaza Lesufi refused to give him Tender while he was still Education MEC.

The SANCO describes Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi’s reshuffle, which included the EFF’s Nkululeko Dunga as Finance MEC, as an "own goal." Provincial chairperson, Abram Mashishi threatens they will no longer campaign for the ANC and demands that the Premier be removed. Watch: tinyurl.com/ydntpfhh

Fikile Mbalula is a coward of monumental proportions. Instead of coming out and fighting the EFF with his chest, he weaponises structures of the ANC to fight what he could not win at the negotiating table. An SG who hides behind the ANC Youth League and so-called Veterans League, same conduct which led to the destruction of the Youth League of Julius Malema and the Women’s League. Turning ANC structures into a pocket knife for his personal battles.
