Happy New Year🎉We’re excited for the year ahead. Last year’s bold bets paid off. The Class of 2025 hit a record $650 average internship income before graduation. If early internship earnings are this strong, the ripple effects on long-term impact are impossible to ignore

What happens after codeHive graduates enter the workforce? In the first transition, from internship to full-time, we’re seeing income jumps of about 40%. After that, about 20% growth continues as careers progress. The goal's sustained growth once they’re in. #SheLeads #codeHive

Tech knows no borders. Neither should opportunity! This year, we've expanded our footprint to Zambia, Zimbabwe &Eswatini. We're intentional about scouting talent wherever it exists. As our reach grows, so does access to education and opportunity. #AkiraChix #codeHive #SheLeads

Last year: curious minds walking into Google, eager to learn. This year: engineers building and contributing to the tech industry. What a transformation one year in the codeHive program can make.

What a joy it is to witness the impact of the codeHive program at the end of the year. A powerful reflection of how codeHive is transforming the lives of young women. To put this into perspective, the Class of 25' recorded an average income of $1,250 within 60 days of graduation

A celebration that captures the heart of AkiraChix. The codeHive program is designed to build a strong, connected community that lasts well beyond graduation. The strength of our alumni community is a testament to that mission. Captured: Class of 2025 graduation dinner

Alumni Throwdown last year celebrated the 25' cohort officially joining the alumni community, while recognising alumni from earlier cohorts who are stepping into higher-paying roles. The alumni are thriving, the wins keep stacking, & the future ahead is very much fortified.

What a moment it was! The class of 25' pitched their projects in front of thought leaders in tech, & they absolutely owned it. Bold ideas, confident voices, & so much potential on display. Grateful to the trainers & @gitlab for the guidance, feedback & making pitch day possible

The class of 2025 got a behind-the-scenes look at life at #Microsoft and they loved every second of it! Huge shoutout to our friends at Microsoft for inspiring our next generation of tech leaders. The future is in good hands, and probably already writing code!

Behind this income growth is the double punch of #education and #access. A testament to their hard work, growth, and the power of opportunity. We couldn’t be prouder of what they’ve achieved.

Here is the gist: for women, career development isn’t just about the paycheck, it’s about progress. Supporting women’s career growth means creating environments where ambition is recognized, leadership is accessible, & opportunity is equitable
