PASIG CITY WINS $1 MILLION GRANT Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto is among the 24 city mayors across 20 countries who won a $1 million grant in the Bloomberg Philanthropies 2025-2026 Mayors Challenge. Sotto, along with other mayors, recently convened in Madrid, Spain last April 2026 to discuss their plans for their respective cities.
