Hey @AlaskaAir, it’s been over 40 minutes and there were about 10 bags that came out and the conveyor belt has turned off for the 3rd time. This is ridiculous. #SEA to #PHX. To think that I’m going to have to wait in line for miles is insane.

@AlaskaAir At PDX on my golf trip to Palm Springs tagged my golf clubs and was told by the agent to take to oversize. At oversize I was told to drag back because the agent didn't scan or .ark the bag tag. Agents were scarce. You need to do better.

@AlaskaAir I was so impressed with my recent experience. I did not feel like herded cattle, but an actual valued guest. The crew was happy/sincere. Complementary Wi-Fi for texting, snack+beverage & the best inflight entertainment selection I’ve seen. I’ll be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

@rammil05 You can add checked bags starting 24 hours before the flight during check in or at the airport.

@AlaskaAir I have booked but couldn’t add any checked bags and can’t see how to add it in the app, how do add checked bags?

Please see one of our Alaska Agents at our SEA Baggage Service Office located next to baggage carousel 13 for further assistance, they are open until 1am PST. Unfortunately we do not have access to the baggage system here in our Social Media Department, our sincere apologies.

@AlaskaAir Today, at MSP, I suffered a severe PTSD crisis @ your ticket counter. I asked four times for privacy. All were denied. I was left crying on the floor, in front of hundreds of ppl for more than two hrs. I was told, “we don’t offer that.”

@AlaskaAir IPDOXG. My flight was delayed / cxl’d . I broke down sobbing. I am recently diagnosed with severe PTSD. The entire experience was cruel and dehumanizing. My partner talked me out of cxling the entire trip.

@AlaskaAir unfortunately your update for flight 230 out of BNA is incorrect as the plane departed the gate to give way to a Southwest flight to disembark passengers. There is no update as to the status of 230 to SEA.

@AlaskaAir … seriously?!?…I have family in a flight(AS3068). Your app says they departed 3min early and will arrive 6min late…BUT FAMILY ON THE PLANE SAY THEY’RE STILL ON TARMAC AND HAVEN’T LEFT!…33MIN AFTER YOU SAID THEY DEPARTED!!! Get your sh*t together and stop hiding!😤
