BEER REVIEW: Alaskan Husky IPA #CraftBeer #BeerReview @AlaskanBrewing Reviewed By: Herr Mike Style: IPA State/Country: Alaska ABV: 7% Serving Type: 12 oz Look: 9 Medium gold color, thick medium white head, stringy and spotty lacing Smell: 8 Fruity, pine, bread Taste: 9 Pineapple, grapefruit, papaya, pine, white bread, white pepper Mouthfeel: 8.5 Medium dry with medium carbonation Drinkability: 9 Some fruits up front with a medium malt backbone and a touch of pine and pepper on the finish Overall Score: 8. Overall Impression: My nephew Matt brought this back from his trip to Alaska (plus his mom owns a husky) and it was very tasty. Fruity with a touch of pine, but very balanced. I wish I could get this in my area. Recommended
