I don't know who needs to hear this, but most things in life are way more achievable than you think. If you decide what you want, and go after it with full effort and intensity, the world will bend to your will far more easily than you might think. You can just do things!

@Oliver_Clingain When you show up consistently, you prove something to yourself... I do what I say I'll do. That carries into everything else. The standard you hold in one area becomes the standard you hold everywhere.

Guy at the gym asked me: "How often do you train?" "5-6 days a week." "Why so much?" Because discipline in one area bleeds into every other area. If I can show up for myself at 6 AM when I'm tired... I can show up for clients when it's hard. Physical discipline = business discipline.

Building isnt the main challenge anymore. Its figuring out which product/offer is worth building. Whats one problem your audience will pay big money to solve? Talk to your audience. Understand them well. Then build something helpful.

Use AI to explore not to decide. Generate 20 thumbnail directions fast. Then apply these old-school filters: ✓ Does it create curiosity? ✓ Is it instantly readable at 120px? ✓ Does it match the video's emotional tone? AI is your brainstorm. You're the designer.

Imagine having a product with thousands of free users only to discover later than almost no one of them is willing to pay you anything. This happens more often than people are willing to admit and often to founders who raised money and chased growth at all costs. Launching a new product with a free plan only is not a good idea when you’re still looking for product/market fit.
