@Olivia0945 You try something and it doesn’t work? Now you have data. The worst you can do is take it personal. Just try again.

Failure isn’t the opposite of success — it’s part of it. Every mistake carries a lesson you needed. Stop fearing what teaches you. Use failure as feedback, not shame. Grow through what didn’t work.

Congratulation. Quitters are everywhere. But you aren’t one of them. You keep showing up and building. Let’s make this Friday count.

@Jayyanginspires Most people think things are harder than they really are. But that's just because they just assume instead of testing stuff out. Next thing you know, they say it's too hard and so they never start.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but most things in life are way more achievable than you think. If you decide what you want, and go after it with full effort and intensity, the world will bend to your will far more easily than you might think. You can just do things!

Learn marketing and promote yourself every day. You can be the best at what you do but it wont matter if nobody knows it. Hesitation is costing you money.

"Manifest it and it will come." Cool. Did you send the DMs? Did you build the funnel? Did you follow up? Manifestation without execution is daydreaming with candles. Do the spiritual stuff if it helps. But don't skip the WORK.

@adrienne_lain There's no guarantee the business would work but you'll never really know until you start it. What I'll say is start small and once you get some momentum, then you can go into debt and scale,

After 12+ years running our current business... And 20 years self-employed... This question: Should I go into debt to start a business? Lives rent-free in my head, Maybe more than it should. When this question popped up recently, in a group I'm in... Two types of advice showed up: Version One [Don't go into debt] Be prudent with your money. Get creative with constraints. Use money you've already made. — from people who’ve built successful businesses Version Two [There's "good/smart" debt] Don't be afraid to invest in yourself. Don't hold yourself back. There's future ROI. — from some money coaches While I understand the time & place for the 2nd… it still makes me sad to see it. I’ve seen the downside for too many, too many times. The first is "harder" in the beginning... But easier forever after.

@Codie_Sanchez just being a normal human who gives a shit is a massive competitive advantage. Especially in today's world where most people are automating their personality.

If you want to make more money, the ROI on “unscalable” work is about to go through the roof. Magic Moments: - Handwritten thank-you notes - Sending flowers (to clients and friends alike) - Calling (not texting) when you need something - Showing up in person when an email would've been fine Costs almost nothing. In a world where every interaction is getting sanded down into a frictionless automated nothing... humanity hits like a defibrillator.

@Oliver_Clingain When you show up consistently, you prove something to yourself... I do what I say I'll do. That carries into everything else. The standard you hold in one area becomes the standard you hold everywhere.

Guy at the gym asked me: "How often do you train?" "5-6 days a week." "Why so much?" Because discipline in one area bleeds into every other area. If I can show up for myself at 6 AM when I'm tired... I can show up for clients when it's hard. Physical discipline = business discipline.

@Codie_Sanchez Facts There's no better time to start than now when: tools are cheap attention is still open barrier to entry is low But the real edge is most people won’t stay consistent long enough to win. And if you're one of those who can, you already won.

We're going to witness the biggest small business boom in history. One person with a laptop, an audience of 500 weirdos who care about the same niche thing, and some AI tools now do what used to take a 15-person team and a $200K budget. Even with all the AI doomerism, you can just lock in for the next 2 years and set up your family for a generation.

If you’re awake already and working on something that will move the needle… And you live on the East Coast, right now you’re ahead of someone in California who wakes up and gets at it, as early as 5AM…. Getting up early, working with intention and doing DEEP Work for 90 minutes is an ultimate unfair advantage if you make it a lifestyle.

Building isnt the main challenge anymore. Its figuring out which product/offer is worth building. Whats one problem your audience will pay big money to solve? Talk to your audience. Understand them well. Then build something helpful.

Use AI to explore not to decide. Generate 20 thumbnail directions fast. Then apply these old-school filters: ✓ Does it create curiosity? ✓ Is it instantly readable at 120px? ✓ Does it match the video's emotional tone? AI is your brainstorm. You're the designer.

Imagine having a product with thousands of free users only to discover later than almost no one of them is willing to pay you anything. This happens more often than people are willing to admit and often to founders who raised money and chased growth at all costs. Launching a new product with a free plan only is not a good idea when you’re still looking for product/market fit.
