@alexmassie They’ve already won by turning it into an election on reserved matters

@ajwillshire A government that really disliked Scotland would give the SNP what the nationalists say they want (under current constitutional circumstances): full fiscal autonomy.

I assumed this was a parody account. But apparently not. "Feral Zionist parasites", eh? Not much room for doubt there.

But what happens if - perish the thought! - ferries built in Scotland are less reliable than ones built elsewhere? That is: which is more important - reliability or Scottishness? Privileging Scottishness is what landed us in this mess in the first place.
Scottish Labour@ScottishLabour

Ferry cancellations have skyrocketed tenfold under the SNP - a shameful failure that’s hitting island communities hardest. A Scottish Labour government will end the ferry fiasco, restore accountability and deliver the reliable lifeline services people deserve. Scotland needs change.

@gordymeister Precisely. There are supposed to be five (summer) sailings a day to Islay; for much of last year there were only three. A 40% drop in capacity! (Which does not show up in the official figures, incidentally.)

@alexmassie Continue to point out that Calmac stats are skewed by the frequent sailings on short runs. The Milport ferry missing a run a day wouldn’t really matter - one of the other ferries = huge difference Always appreciate the much worse figures from elsewhere digs as well.

Unimprovable example of alternative facts and nationalist brain rot here. (CalMac themselves say the service is at breaking point just now. You can’t book a ferry to or from Islay, for instance, until April 17th. Great for businesses during the Easter holidays!)

@ammacj @kmacraeplockton Yes. You cannot make a booking at present. Because they don’t know what ships will be available.

@alexmassie @kmacraeplockton Your comment on the Islay route could be misinterpreted 👇 And there have been numerous media inaccuracies and misleading reports.

This is an extraordinary thing for the leader of a political party to retweet.

@b_judah Yeah. I assumed he meant ‘current leader’ but phrased it badly. He’s still a wrong ‘un, however.

To be fair to Polanski he obviously didn’t mean he was the only Jewish leader ever.
