@alexanderwelch that channel just looks too long and too clean. would allow way too many opportunities for retail and take forever to finally snag any serious liquidity. i dont see that playing out with high likelihood but maybe im just being impatient and want the big moves lol

I was correct about BTC putting in a different structure on this consolidation, and i will be correct again on the next move.
Its a fallacy & lazy analysis to look at the previous structure and expect the same reaction

@alexanderwelch Thank you kindly. The surge could happen ahead of jumbo rate cuts as wall street thinks the Fed has lost control. Regardless of how it plays out, I think a surge to new highs will be a catalyst for the stock market crash to kick off the bear market.

The 10-Year Yield Weekly
New highs are coming for the 10-Year Yield. This will soon rattle markets. At that point, the Fed will have lost control, the stock market will tank and the Fed will panic and start jumbo rate cuts. The RSI & MACD have moved back into the positive region here on the weekly chart.

@King0ftheCharts I like the alternate a lot. The pitchfork goes back to 1999 and gold likes to make a higher high while silver makes a lower high after silver tops. Thx for the charts!

Gold Elliott Wave Update
I think there are 2 possible EW counts for gold. Either gold has topped or it gets a pullback followed by one more push higher. During the financial crisis, the stock market topped and then a few months later gold topped. So either gold just topped with the S&P 500 or it will in a few months. Gold eventually sold off during the financial crisis in 2008 and it was the Dollar that bottomed and soared.

My guess is that $ETH will wick through it but eventually will bounce.

I’m getting a lot of questions about the $GOLD pitchfork. Honestly, this is the only pitchfork that makes sense to me for Gold - the price action has been insane. Do I think Gold hits the median line soon? No, not on lower timeframes. But in the event of a fiat collapse or a broader financial system reset, I don’t think it’s unrealistic for price to visit that median line over the next few years. We don’t know when it would get hit — but if it does, that would be an absolutely insane top target. $XAU

Last cycle: Double Bottom structure
→ clean 2.0 extension = cycle top.
Now: C&H Bottom structure
→ targets ±20% the size of GOLD + S&P (atm $100T)
With ~45% BTC.d at peak → ±$430k.
