So the Supreme Court has ruled the prisoner voting ban is in breach of the Bill of Rights, the Waitangi Tribunal says it’s a breach of Treaty obligations, and now a majority of NZers support its repeal. It’s time for the Government to repeal the prisoner voting ban.
